Summer is the season of the ponytail! Here is another quick and easy way to dress one up. This style is so easy, I’ve done it at the park, in the car, wherever. No mirror required. Rope braids are super cute on little girls, too.
Get the tutorial after the jump.
1. Take a section from the top of your head and split it into two sections.
2. Cross the section in your right hand over the section in your left.
3. Take a bit of hair from the left side and add it to the section on the left. Do the same on the right. Then again, cross the section in your right hand over the section in your left.
5. Again, add hair from each side to both sections and cross the section in your right hand over the section in your left. Repeat until you reach the nape and have incorporated all the hair. Tie off with a hair band.
